- Co-pay due at the time of service
- Currently NOT in network with Medicaid, KanCare, Exchange Benefit, or most Marketplace plans within these companies.
Aetna CVS (KS) is the exception and is in network.
Out of network- Select "Self Pay" $95 or
"Self Pay possible Concussion" $120
