• $85 per event coordination fee 

                    (fee waived for wellbodyKC Club Members) 

                       Non-refundable: reserves your event date, time, and location

                       Emergency Action Plan, supplies, scheduling, ongoing training

• $45 / hour per ATC during event ($75/ hour per physician)

                        (reduced hourly rate for wellbodyKC Club Members)

• Meals for medical staff are appreciated but not required
• Event Director (that's you!) is responsible for supplying 8 foot by 6 foot space for athletic training area as well as ice- ATCs will store ice 
• Allow sign / flag for wellbodyKC 
• Scheduling at least 3 weeks prior to event to allow for proper coverage of your event
